  • License to Us: By inputting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (i.e., sending you reminders).
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to input this data and that doing so does not violate the privacy rights of any third party.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Upload any content that is offensive, defamatory, or obscene.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account via the settings menu.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
